李德琼（1981-），中共党员，讲师，博士。主要研究方向为运筹学与控制论。近几年来，先后在《Applied Mathematics and Computation》、《Discrete Mathematics》、《The Electronic Journal of Combinatorics》、《Bulletin of the Malaysian Mathematical Sciences Society》等国际期刊发表论文。主持湖南省自然科学基金项目1项。
